One Energy Group signed an MOU with representatives from Nigeria， create a greener future
On October 21, 2025, One Energy Group signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Chams Corporation Plc, a smart city construction company from Nigeria, its subsidiary SmartCity Plc, and NJO Spectrum, a digital lifestyle enabler in the African market. One Energy Group will introduce the "vehicle-electricity-station" integrated ecosystem as a core technology and solution provider. The successful signing of the MOU marks that the cooperation has reached a preliminary intention, and the footprint of One Energy Group's "vehicle-electricity-station" intelligent integrated battery swapping system will be expanded to Nigeria, gradually helping Africa and even the world to realize the innovation of smart travel.

Focusing on Green Logistics, One Energy Group Showcases at Hong Kong Logistics Technology Expo 2025
On September 19, One Energy Group participated in the “Logistics Technology Expo 2025,” an event attracting over a thousand industry professionals with more than 60 exhibitors showcasing their offerings. As a pioneer in green logistics, One Energy Group, alongside its electric motorcycle manufacturer Briz EV, displayed its upcoming battery-swappable electric motorcycle model set to launch in the Hong Kong market. This model has already been successfully launched in multiple markets across Southeast Asia, Africa, and Europe, and is now preparing to enter Hong Kong. To support this, One Energy Group will establish a convenient network of battery swapping stations across all 18 districts of Hong Kong. This forms a complete “vehicle-battery-station”integrated system, providing the logistics industry with a more environmentally friendly and sustainable transportation solution.

The event showcased the brand's popular models M8 and Tiger GT, attracting nearly 100 Keeta riders to experience it firsthand. The successful holding of this test ride experience event marks a key step in the commercialization of One Energy Group's "vehicle-battery-station" integrated intelligent ecosystem in the logistics industry, accelerating the green electrification transformation of Hong Kong's urban transportation. The company launched its new brand Briz and debuted the M8 electric motorcycle, receiving strong industry attention.
